Once Jexii plugins are approved in the WordPress.org directory, each will have a free public support forum. Post there for bug reports, how-to questions, and compatibility issues. The developer watches every thread. In the meantime, use the email channel below.

Refunds & legal

We offer a 14-day refund on all plugin licenses, no questions asked. Email the order address with your license key and we’ll process it promptly. See our Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy for the full details.

BEFORE YOU EMAIL

A few things that speed up responses.

For plugin issues: include your WordPress version, PHP version, and which plugin is affected. A brief description of what you expected vs. what happened is usually enough to get started. For billing: include your order email and the last 4 digits of the card used.

We don’t provide general WordPress support — questions about the block editor, hosting, or third-party plugins are outside our scope. The WordPress.org support forums are a good resource for those.
