Information we collect
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and content delivery network (Cloudflare) automatically record standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these logs for security and to keep the site running; they are not used to build visitor profiles.
We do not run advertising trackers. Visitors who simply browse this site are not asked to create accounts and are not individually identified.
Cookies
jexii.com sets cookies only where WordPress requires them — for example, when an administrator logs in. Ordinary visitors browsing the site do not receive identifying cookies from us.
Purchases and license keys
When you purchase a Jexii plan, payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store your card number. We store the information needed to deliver and support your purchase: your name, email address, order history, and license keys.
Plugin license activations
When a Jexii plugin activates a license, it contacts our license server and transmits the license key, the site URL where the plugin is installed, and the plugin version. This is used to validate the license and deliver updates.
Your content stays yours
Jexii plugins run on your own WordPress installation. Your posts, images, and site data are not sent to jexii.com. Where a plugin uses AI features, content is sent to the AI provider configured in your installation, under that provider’s terms — not to us.
