Flickr Creative Commons
Millions of Creative Commons–licensed photographs from Flickr’s community — searched and imported with attribution generated automatically.
Wikimedia Commons
The world’s largest repository of freely usable images: public domain artworks, historical photographs, scientific diagrams, and maps.
NASA Image Library
The full NASA photo archive — space photography, Earth observation, mission imagery — all public domain and available for any use.
National Park Service
Official NPS photography across every US national park: landscapes, wildlife, ranger events, and park-specific imagery, all public domain.
Pro adds · bulk import
Bulk import
Select multiple search results and import them in a single batch. Useful for building out galleries, product shot collections, or content calendar image sets without clicking one image at a time.
How it works
From install to results, step by step.
Search, browse, import — all without leaving WordPress.
01
Search any keyword
Type a search term in the Jexii Stock panel. Results return from all connected providers — Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay on Free; Flickr, Wikimedia, NASA, NPS on Starter — in one unified grid.
02
Preview and select
Browse the result grid with size and license info visible. Click to select one image (or multiple on Pro). The source provider, license type, and required attribution are displayed before you commit.
03
Import with one click
Click Import. The image is fetched, resized to your WP image sizes, and added to the media library with the correct attribution string already written to the attachment description.
04
Use it anywhere
The imported image is now a native WP media item — available in the Block Editor, Classic Editor, WooCommerce, Elementor, or any theme. The attribution stays attached to the record.
Deeper dive
Seven sources, one search. Attribution handled automatically.
The hard part of stock photography isn’t finding an image — it’s getting the attribution right without breaking the license.
One search, multiple providers
A single keyword searches across all connected providers simultaneously. Results are returned in a unified grid sorted by relevance — no opening seven browser tabs, no account switching, no separate download-and-upload flow.
Attribution generated per license type
Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, Flickr Creative Commons, Wikimedia, NASA, and NPS each have different attribution requirements. The plugin generates the correct credit string for each provider and writes it to the WP attachment description field — queryable, outputtable in templates, correct from day one.
Native media library integration
Imported images are first-class WP media items. They work with every plugin that reads the WP media library — WooCommerce product images, Jexii SEO attachment data, gallery plugins, CDN integrations — exactly as if you’d uploaded them yourself.
Who it’s for
Three kinds of site it was built for.
For
Bloggers & content creators
Free access to Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay means high-quality editorial photography without a Shutterstock or Adobe Stock subscription. One search, correct attribution, done.
For
Agencies
Legal compliance on image attribution is a real liability. Jexii Stock generates the correct credit string for every provider automatically — correct from import, documented in the attachment record, auditable.
For
Travel & science sites
NASA and NPS are the only sources of public-domain space photography and national park imagery. Neither is available anywhere else with automated attribution handling. Starter unlocks both.

FAQ
Questions, answered straight.
Is Unsplash / Pexels / Pixabay really free to use commercially?
Yes — all three platforms provide images under licenses that allow commercial use without payment or attribution (though Jexii Stock writes attribution anyway, as good practice). Always verify the specific image license in the provider’s interface before using for a high-stakes commercial purpose.
Will the attribution be legally correct?
Jexii Stock generates the credit string that each provider’s license requires and writes it to the WP attachment description. For Creative Commons images (Flickr, Wikimedia), the correct CC license identifier and author credit are included. For public domain sources (NASA, NPS), the source is documented.
Can I filter by orientation, color, or image type?
Provider-level search parameters (portrait/landscape orientation, color palette, photo/illustration type) are passed through where the provider’s API supports them. Coverage varies by source — Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay have the richest filter sets; NASA and NPS are keyword-only.
Do the images stay in my media library if I cancel my Jexii plan?
Yes. Imported images are native WP media items. They live in your media library (and on your host’s disk) regardless of your Jexii license status. Canceling a plan removes access to the import tool, not to images you’ve already imported.
Does it compress or convert images on import?
Images are imported at the original file size and processed by WP’s standard image pipeline — the same one that runs when you upload a file manually. WP generates your registered image sizes (thumbnail, medium, large, full) and applies any compression settings you’ve configured.
