JEXII-DASHBOARD

One screen for your entire Jexii suite.

See which plugins are active, verify every API key in one click, and monitor AI usage across the suite — without switching tabs.

Suite status free forever · No credit card required

What it does

Free to start. Two upgrades, clearly labelled.

The free tier is the working foundation. Upgrade for the features that scale with your content.

Free · the complete working foundation

  • Suite status: which Jexii plugins are active and at which tier
  • Quick links to every plugin’s settings screen
  • License information and current plan overview
  • Changelog feed: what changed in each plugin, in one place
  • At-a-glance: active plugin count and days remaining on current billing period

Starter adds · credential health

API key health check

Verify every third-party API key across the suite in one click: Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, DataForSEO, and Cloudflare. Each key gets a status: OK, warning, or expired.

Surface silent failures before they cost you

When an API key expires, Jexii plugins fall back silently — AI features stop generating, keyword data stops refreshing, indexing notifications stop sending. Credential health surfaces the broken key immediately, not after you’ve noticed a gap in your content workflow.

Pro adds · AI usage analytics

Monthly AI usage meter

See how many AI calls have been consumed this month across all Jexii plugins, compared to your plan quota. Know whether you’re on track before you hit the limit mid-month.

Usage breakdown by plugin

Which plugin is consuming the most AI calls? The usage breakdown shows consumption by Jexii SEO, Jexii Optimize, Jexii Strategy, and any other plugin using the shared quota.

Agency adds · white-label branding

White-label the admin UI

Replace Jexii’s branding with your agency’s logo and name in the wp-admin dashboard. Client sites managed through your agency plan show your brand, not Jexii’s.

How it works

From install to results, step by step.

One screen for your entire Jexii suite.

01

Install alongside other Jexii plugins

Activate Jexii Dashboard. It reads the state of every other Jexii plugin installed on the site automatically — no configuration needed.

02

See suite health at a glance

The dashboard shows which plugins are active, which are inactive, and which have configuration warnings. One screen replaces checking each plugin’s settings individually.

03

Check credentials (Starter)

Click ‘Check all credentials.’ The health check tests each API key with a live request and returns a status within seconds. Expired or misconfigured keys are flagged with a yellow warning.

04

Monitor AI usage (Pro)

The usage meter shows monthly AI call consumption across all plugins vs. your plan quota. The breakdown view shows which plugin is using the most calls so you can rebalance or upgrade before hitting the ceiling.

Deeper dive

Seven API integrations. One health check.

The Jexii suite connects to seven external services. When any one of them silently fails, the features that depend on it stop working — usually without a visible error.

The problem with silent failure

AI metadata generation in Jexii Optimize stops working when the Anthropic key expires. Keyword research in Jexii Strategy stops refreshing when the DataForSEO key runs out of credits. IndexNow submissions stop when the Bing key rotates. None of these produce loud errors — they just silently stop working.

Credential health surfaces the break immediately

Jexii Dashboard’s credential health check runs a live verification request against each connected API — not just a format check, but an actual authenticated call. If Anthropic returns a 401, the dashboard shows the Anthropic key as expired. Fix it in one place, and all the Jexii plugins that use it resume working.

Built for multi-plugin setups

The value compounds as you add more plugins — each one adds credentials to manage, quotas to monitor, and settings to access. The Dashboard consolidates all of that into one admin screen instead of seven.

Who it’s for

Three kinds of site it was built for.

For

Individual site owners

One screen to see whether everything is working. When a feature stops behaving, checking credentials first (Starter) diagnoses 80% of API-related issues immediately — no support ticket, no debugging required.

For

Developers

Rapid diagnosis when an AI feature goes wrong. The credential health check identifies the broken key in seconds. The usage meter tells you if you’ve hit a quota before assuming there’s a code issue.

For

Agencies (Agency tier)

White-label the suite for dozens of client sites with your agency’s branding. The Dashboard becomes your client-facing control panel — your logo, your name, your support contact — while the Jexii plugin suite handles the work underneath.

Plans

What’s free, and what unlocks.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Do I need the Dashboard to use other Jexii plugins?

No. Every Jexii plugin works independently. The Dashboard is a companion — it doesn’t unlock or gate features in other plugins. It’s most useful when you’re running three or more Jexii plugins and want one screen to check their state and credentials.

Which API keys does it verify?

Credential health checks all keys that any installed Jexii plugin uses: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google Gemini, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, DataForSEO, and Cloudflare. Only keys you’ve actually entered in your Jexii settings are checked.

What does white-label actually change in the UI?

Agency white-label replaces the Jexii logo, plugin name, and support links in the wp-admin dashboard with your agency’s branding. Clients see your agency name in the menu and on the dashboard screen, not ‘Jexii Dashboard.’

Can I see credential health for all my client sites from one place?

The Dashboard’s credential health check runs on each individual WP install — it’s per-site, not a network-wide view. A multi-site network view is not currently available.

Will it work if I only have one other Jexii plugin?

Yes, but the value is limited. The suite status view and changelog become more useful as you add plugins. If you’re running just one Jexii plugin, the credential health check is still the main reason to install Dashboard — surfacing an expired key before it silently breaks a feature.

Suite command center

One screen for your entire Jexii suite.

Suite status and quick links are free. Add credential health at Starter — it’s the most useful screen in the suite when an API key goes wrong. Part of a suite of eight cooperating plugins.
